Tishbite Digital was founded by Wellington Dhliwayo, a full-stack web developer based in Cape Town — but before code, there were 10 years on site as a trade-tested journeyman, working boilermaking, pipe fitting, and site supervision. That background shapes how we work: measure first, build to spec, test before handover, and stand behind what you deliver.
Wellington later graduated as a top student at HyperionDevafter completing an intensive programme covering modern JavaScript, React, Node.js, and full-stack application architecture — pairing a tradesman’s discipline with a developer’s toolkit.
Wellington built Tishbite Digital to bridge a real gap: small and growing businesses across South Africa deserve the same digital quality as large corporates. Every system we deliver — from websites and SEO to CRM automation — is engineered to produce measurable results, not just aesthetics.
What started as a one-person operation has grown into a small, multi-skilled team. Wellington leads technical delivery, with team members bringing dedicated skills in digital marketing, design and brand identity, and content and editing — so every project gets a complete, specialist approach rather than one person wearing every hat.
